Entrance Examination Information
Application process
- For online applications
- For paper applications
- Please prepare photo data and documents to be sent by post in advance.
- Please complete the application process, including entering your account and basic information, on the online application site.
- Rehabilitation College Shimane Online Application Site
- Please pay the entrance examination fee. You can pay by credit card, at a convenience store, or with Pay-easy.
- We will send you the postal documents.
- Once you have completed the above procedure, please print out your admission ticket.
- Please bring the printed admission ticket with you on the day of the exam.
Please check the section on documents to be submitted for each examination in the Student Recruitment Guidelines, and post your application documents in the designated blue envelope.
